Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the offering.
The cancellation and refund policy for each class, workshop, course, retreat, or special event will be provided on the applicable registration or purchase page under FAQ section at the end of the page. Please review that policy before registering.
Digital Products
Because digital products are available for access or download after purchase, digital product purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Digital products may include eBooks, downloadable materials, workbooks, audio or video recordings, prerecorded courses, meditations, and other digital resources.
If you experience a technical problem accessing something you purchased, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact me so the duplicate charge can be reviewed and corrected.
Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the discretion of 8 Hands Healing, Inc. and Goodness Gracious Coaching.
Cancellations by (Re)Parenting Empowerment
If (Re)Parenting Empowerment cancels a class, workshop, course, retreat, or special event, registered participants will be notified and provided with the options available for that particular offering.
