Terms & Conditions

(Re)Parenting Empowerment

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of reparentingempowerment.com and your participation in or purchase of classes, workshops, retreats, trainings, programs, resources, and other offerings provided through (Re)Parenting Empowerment.

By using our website, registering for, or purchasing an offering, or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms.

About (Re)Parenting Empowerment

(Re)Parenting Empowerment is a collaborative offering created and facilitated by Kim Holman of 8 Hands Healing, Inc. and Meg Judge of Goodness Gracious Coaching.

(Re)Parenting Empowerment is not a separate corporation or legal entity.

Educational and Personal-Development Programs

(Re)Parenting Empowerment provides educational and personal-development experiences designed to support awareness, compassion, choice, self-reflection, healthier relationships, communication, boundaries, resilience, and personal growth.

Our programs may explore how past experiences and patterns can influence present-day reactions, behaviors, relationships, beliefs, and choices.

Our offerings are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis services and are not intended to replace appropriate care from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

Participation does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship with (Re)Parenting Empowerment, 8 Hands Healing, Inc., Goodness Gracious Coaching, Kim Holman, or Meg Judge unless a separate professional relationship has been established outside of the (Re)Parenting Empowerment offering.

Participation and Choice

Some offerings may include reflection, journaling, guided experiences, group discussions, partner exercises, or invitations to notice thoughts, emotions, beliefs, physical sensations, relationships, and patterns.

Participation is always a choice.

You may choose not to answer a question, participate in an exercise, or share personal information. We encourage you to participate at a level that feels appropriate for you.

Exploring personal patterns or experiences can sometimes bring up unexpected thoughts, feelings, memories, or physical responses. If something feels beyond what is appropriate for an educational or personal-development setting, we encourage you to pause and seek appropriate professional support.

Group Participation

Many of our offerings involve learning and sharing with others.

Participants are expected to interact respectfully and to respect the privacy of others by not repeating personal stories or identifying information shared within the group.

Because participants are independent individuals, we cannot guarantee that information voluntarily shared with other participants will remain confidential.

Please use your own judgment when deciding what you wish to share.

Harassment, threatening behavior, repeated disruption, or conduct that significantly interferes with the experience or safety of others may result in removal from an offering.

Registration and Payment

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, and registration requirements vary by offering and will be provided at the time of registration.

Payments for (Re)Parenting Empowerment offerings are received and processed through 8 Hands Healing, Inc.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and transfer policies may vary depending on the offering.

A workshop, multi-week course, retreat, and organizational training may each have different cancellation requirements.

The cancellation and refund policy provided at the time of registration or purchase applies to that offering. Please review it before completing your registration.

If (Re)Parenting Empowerment cancels or substantially changes an offering, registered participants will be informed of the options available for that situation.

Retreats and In-Person Events

Retreats and other in-person experiences may have additional participant forms, registration requirements, cancellation policies, dietary or accessibility considerations, or participation agreements.

Participants are responsible for providing requested information that may reasonably affect their participation.

We welcome communication about accessibility, dietary, or other needs before an event. While we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated, we will determine what can reasonably be provided.

Professional and Organizational Trainings

(Re)Parenting Empowerment may provide trainings for businesses, organizations, educators, professional teams, community organizations, and other groups.

Organizational trainings may be subject to a separate written agreement covering matters such as fees, payment schedules, cancellations, travel, scheduling, participant numbers, materials, and responsibilities of the organization and facilitators.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the separate agreement will control for that particular training.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, materials provided through (Re)Parenting Empowerment—including worksheets, exercises, presentations, course materials, recordings, downloadable resources, graphics, and other original content—are owned by or used with permission of the applicable creator or business.

Materials provided to participants are generally for personal use unless otherwise stated.

You may use what you learn in your own life and work as appropriate, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, rebrand, or teach directly from our materials without written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Some materials may have been created independently by Kim Holman, 8 Hands Healing, Inc., Meg Judge, Goodness Gracious Coaching, or a third party. Ownership of those materials remains with the applicable owner.

Photos, Recordings and Testimonials

Attending a (Re)Parenting Empowerment offering does not automatically give us permission to use your photograph, image, voice, personal story, or testimonial for marketing.

Permission will be requested as appropriate before identifiable participant material is used for promotional purposes.

If an offering will be recorded for participant access or educational purposes, participants will be informed when reasonably possible so they can make appropriate choices about their participation.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

No Guarantee of Results

Every person's experiences and circumstances are different.

We provide education, tools, experiences, and opportunities for reflection, but we cannot guarantee a particular emotional, relational, personal, professional, or other outcome.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding how and whether to use the information, practices, and tools presented through (Re)Parenting Empowerment.

We encourage participants to honor their own limits, ask questions, communicate concerns, and seek additional professional assistance when appropriate.

Website and Resources

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information through our website and educational materials. However, information may change over time and may not apply to every person's individual circumstances.

We cannot guarantee that the website or its content will always be available, complete, current, or error-free.

Third-Party Services

Our website and programs may use third-party services for functions such as registration, payments, video conferencing, or delivery of online content.

Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms.

Information about how personal information is collected, used, and shared is provided separately in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, (Re)Parenting Empowerment, 8 Hands Healing, Inc., Goodness Gracious Coaching, Kim Holman, and Meg Judge are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website, educational materials, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive legal rights or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Privacy

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how your personal information is handled.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our offerings or business practices change.

The effective date at the top of this document will indicate when these Terms were most recently updated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
