Meet Kim

For more than three decades, I've worked with people who wanted life to feel different but weren't sure why they kept reacting in the same ways.

Again and again, I came to recognize that many of our emotional reactions, relationship patterns, beliefs, and ways of coping were learned or absorbed long before we had the awareness to choose differently.

That realization transformed not only the way I work, but the way I see myself and others.

Today, I'm passionate about helping people recognize how their past experiences continue to influence the way they respond today, so they can move forward with greater awareness, compassion, and intention instead of repeating old patterns.

Together, Meg and I founded Re(Parenting) Empowerment to provide practical tools, experiential learning, and a compassionate community where people can practice new ways of relating to themselves and others while creating meaningful, lasting change.

It is an honor to walk alongside people as they discover new possibilities for themselves, their relationships, and their future.

Meet Meg

Throughout my life, I have found myself fulfilling roles that require the organization and synthesization of information, including emotional information, in order to assist people in various ways. I have worked with all ages guiding, teaching, facilitating, and meeting people where they are in life.

Over the years, through my work and the research I have done on trauma, neuroscience, child development, and other human development topics, I have come to especially value intention and authenticity. I aim to live out these values in all areas of my life.

The (Re)Parenting offerings that Kim and I have created together allow me to honor my dedication to cultivating spaces where people can deeply connect with themselves in order to live as their most authentic selves. It brings me immense joy to utilize my intuitive integration skills to co-create opportunities for self-compassion and chosen vulnerability that can transform lives.
